Saint Mother Teresa Way
Mother Teresa was Sainted by Pope Francis at the Vatican in Rome on September 4, 2016 before crowds of people whose lives she touched.
Saint Teresa was born in Albania and followed her calling as a Catholic nun to southern India where she would care for the poor, the sick and dying, the abandoned and the "untouchables," and the most stigmatized and isolated sufferers of a highly contagious skin disease known as leprosy. She went directly to the heart of the suffering and served where medical workers feared to go. She brought medicine, bandages, health education, skills training and employment, and of course - The Bible. In the 1950s, Teresa of Calcutta founded the Missionaries of Charity which grew to more than 4000 nuns; she became known throughout the world as "Mother Teresa." Through her good works and influence she was awarded the Nobel Peace Prize in 1979.

"We ourselves feel that what we are doing is just a drop in the ocean. But the ocean would be less because of that missing drop."
