Jadwiga Kaczynska Way
Jadwiga Kaczynska was a prominent literary scholar at the National Academy of Sciences in Poland. She was a nurse during WWII and the Geman occupation of Poland. After the war she was a member of the Polish Teachers Union and involved in the Solidarity movement. Her son, Lech Kaczynki, became the fourth President of the Republic of Poland, and appointed his twin, Jarosław, as Prime Minister. Lech and his wife died in plane crash in Russia.
